The temperature of each of our 11 cold rooms is continuously monitored, 24/7. Temperature data is collected, monitored, and recorded in a centralized system, minute by minute, using temperature sensors positioned at the hottest spot of each room. If the temperature of a room exceeds specified limits, all relevant departments are immediately alerted, and we take all necessary measures to bring the affected cold room back to the appropriate temperature.
Invoices are issued on a monthly basis and are calculated based on the quantity stored (usually in kg). Our billing calculation basis is as follows: (your stock on the 1st of the month + total entries for the month) x agreed price. However, thanks to the flexibility of our organization, we are able to adapt our pricing to your specific needs (such as pallet pricing, short-term storage, etc.). Please feel free to contact us.
Payments must be made via bank transfer by sending the total amount of the invoice issued at the end of each month by the 30th of the following month.
